Melissa Watter

Director |

Melissa spent well over a decade in senior roles in metropolitan newspapers, radio and television (with both the Ten and Seven networks). Moving into the public relations arena in 2000, Melissa maintains a large network of media contacts and relationships with key media decision-makers.

Over the years, Mel has managed numerous challenging client briefs dealing with complex and controversial issues from business closures to industrial relations disputes and high-profile legal cases. She has also spearheaded national public awareness and education campaigns and is an in-demand media trainer.

Carolyn Tucker

Carolyn has extensive experience in media, marketing and communications and has held numerous high-profile positions in a career spanning more than three decades.


A former radio and television host, award-winning journalist and corporate communications specialist, Carolyn has steered the development and delivery of strategic, innovative and often complex campaigns for public and private sector clients.


She has been responsible for brand development, community engagement and media management for local government, a public utility, property development companies and major infrastructure projects.

Siobhan Dooley

Siobhan has enjoyed a successful career in marketing and communications, spanning more than 30 years.  She has an intimate knowledge of the Australian marketing and media landscape and her strong relationships with senior decision makers provide a distinct advantage to any of her clients.

Conceptualising and implementing clever and effective strategy is her strong suit and she has developed and executed highly successful strategies for mega-brands from Great Northern to Coca-Cola and consulted to Audi, AMA Queensland, Asahi, Air New Zealand, Carlton & United Breweries, Coles, RSL, Greyhound, Suncorp, Merlo, Volvo and Mack Trucks and was instrumental in the launch of


Specialising in airline and tourism public affairs early in her career afforded Siobhan an extraordinary amount of experience in critical media liaison and internal and key stakeholder communication. Having been responsible for crisis management and media and marketing at Ansett for 12 years Siobhan has an enviable reputation in the strategic issues and crisis management space.


Siobhan recently completed the University of Oxford Saïd Business School’s Digital Marketing: Disruptive Strategy Programme.

Lee Mylne

Lee is a highly experienced journalist whose career has encompassed daily news reporting, feature writing and corporate communications. 

After a decade in newspapers, she established a successful freelance business, specialising for the past 25 years in the travel and tourism sectors. 

Her skills also include media training and she has a strong network of media contacts both in Australia and internationally. She is a Life Member and former president of the Australian Society of Travel Writers. Lee is currently completing a Doctor of Creative Industries professional doctorate at QUT.

Barbara Cox

Barbara has more than 30 years experience in a range of media and communications roles, including as a senior journalist, presenter and producer with the ABC.


She has worked extensively for public and private employers and not-for-profit groups in communications services and quick-response, high-pressure environments. 


Her expertise centres on developing communications strategy, issues management and multimedia story-telling.

Georgina Lewis

Georgina Lewis has more than 25 years’ experience in media. After starting out as a news reporter in Queensland's remote north-west, Georgie progressed to co-anchoring Channel Ten's regional news bulletin before making the move to Brisbane in 1999.

In 2007, she was appointed co-anchor of Ten's News at Five and later appointed to the role of solo news presenter, delivering a 90-minute weeknight bulletin to Queensland viewers.

She is also a proud mentor to young journalists through the non-profit group Women In Media.

Michelle Hele

Account Manager|

Michelle clocked up a 31 year career in media, most recently as national newspaper and online editor for News Limited with a strong focus on reporting, copy writing and communications across print and online channels. She also has 12 years' experience in real estate reporting.


Michelle is highly experienced in producing compelling digital content, after years of sourcing and providing online and social media content for The Courier-Mail, The Sunday Mail, Quest Community Newspapers and News Regional Network.

Geoff Stock

Cameraman, editor, digital content producer

As a veteran camera operator, Geoff has been fine-tuning his skills long enough to remember the joys of 16mm film.

With more than 40 years’ experience behind the lens, Geoff has captured the action for all of Australia’s TV networks and newsrooms. Geoff is a respected trainer in camera operations and has 40 years' experience producing high-quality content for news and social media. 


Geoff also creates training, safety, education and corporate videos and is a qualified drone operator.
